Michele’s passion for wine begun in the early 1990s, when he started his journey into hospitality. In 2004, Michele completed a Diploma of Sommelier at the Association of Italian Sommeliers and since then, has continued his study and nourished his love for wine knowledge through various professional endeavors.
Michele strongly believes that the most exciting aspect of having wine knowledge is being able to share it and pass it on to others. This is why, in 2012, Michele completed a TAE Certificate IV in Training and Assessment at Polytechnic West in Perth, allowing him to become a qualified trainer and assessor.
Since then, Michele has continued to be inspired about wine, increasing his knowledge and experience and always with a keen interest to look at what’s new and current in the wine industry.
His most recent news press was an interview from Qantas Magazine as Head Sommelier of Restaurant Amuse.
